Separate floating NOTES is greyed out, not working, in El Capitan.

APPLE:

Please address this problem. The latest El Capitan does NOT---Repeat, does NOT solve the greyed out problem of float-on-top.

This post is NOT SOLVED!

There have been posts about floating the notes window in order to allow float on top capability. There were posts saying it was solved. Obviously, this was pre-El Capitan. In El Capitan, the Stay On Top or Float On Top window will not work because the "Float on Top" is still greyed (grayed) out. Please fix. This is an important productivity feature.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
